തൃക്കാക്കര സാംസ്ക്കാരിക കേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെ ആഭിമുഘ്യത്തിൽ കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാർഡ് ജേതാവ് ശ്രീമതി വി.എം. ഗിരിജയെ ആദരിക്കുന്നു. കാക്കനാട് ഓണാംപാർക്കിൽ ഞായറാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് 6 മണിക്ക് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പരിപാടിയിലാണ് വി.എം. ഗിരിജയെ ആദരിക്കുന്നത്. സമകാലിക മലയാള കവിതയിൽ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ കവിതകളിലൂടെ തന്റെ സാനിധ്യം ഉറപ്പിച്ച വി.എം. ഗിരിജയുടെ ബുദ്ധപൂർണിമ എന്ന കൃതിക്കാണ് 2018 ലെ കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചത്. കൊടുങ്ങല്ലൂർ കെ.കെ.ടി.എം. ഗവണ്മെന്റ് കോളേജിലെ മലയാളം വിഭാഗം മേധാവിയായ പ്രൊഫ. ജി.ഉഷാകുമാരി വി.എം. ഗിരിജയുടെ കവിതകളെകുറിച്ചു പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തും. ഇതേതുടർന്ന് ശ്രീ. ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണൻ ഉണ്ണി നയിക്കുന്ന സംഗീത സായാഹ്നം നടക്കും.
Honoring Poet V.m.Girija
The Thrikkakkara samskkarika kendram is conducting a program to honor Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award winner Smt. V,M.Girija. The event will be held at the Kakkanad Onam Park on Sunday at 6 pm. He has established his presence in contemporary Malayalam poetry with remarkable poems. Girija has established her presence in contemporary Malayalam poetry with remarkable poems. Girija’s Buddha Purnima was awarded the Kerala Sahithya Academy Award for 2018. Kodungalloor KKTM Government College Malayalam Department Head Prof. G. Ushakumari VM will deliver lecture on Girija’s poems. Following this, Sri. Unnikrishnan Unni will lead a musical evening.
