തികച്ചും സൗജന്യമായി നീതി എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് ലഭ്യമാക്കുക എന്നതാണ് നാഷണൽ ലീഗൽ സർവീസ് അതോറിറ്റി ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തോടെ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന ‘ഏർളി ആക്സസ് ടു ജസ്റ്റിസ് പ്രോട്ടോകോൾ’ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. നാല് പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകൾക്ക് ഒരു അഭിഭാഷകനെ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം. സ്ത്രീകൾ കുട്ടികൾ ശാരീരിക വൈകല്യമുള്ളവർ വാർഷികവരുമാനം മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തിൽ താഴെ ഉള്ളവർ എന്നിവർക്കെല്ലാം സൗജന്യ നിയമസഹായം ലഭിക്കും. സംശയത്തിന് പേരിൽ ആരെയെങ്കിലും സ്റ്റേഷനി ലേക്ക് വിളിക്കുമ്പോഴും അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴും സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ട നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നു ഫോം എല്ലാ സ്റ്റേഷനിലും ലഭ്യമാക്കി. ഈ ഫോമിൽ കെൽസയുടെ ഓഫീസർമാരായ അഭിഭാഷകരുടെ ഫോൺ നമ്പറും ഉണ്ടാകും. സൗജന്യ സഹായം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഇവരുടെ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാണ്.

The aim of the ‘Early Access to Justice Protocol’, which is implemented by the National Legal Services Authority of India, is to provide free and fair access as soon as possible. Free legal assistance for women, children with disabilities, persons with an annual income of less than three lakhs . The form has been made available at all stations, explaining the procedure to be followed when calling or arresting someone for suspicion.
