‘എന്റെ മെട്രോ’ എന്ന വിഷയത്തെ ആസ്പദമാക്കി കെ എം ആർ എൽ ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫി മത്സരം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഇതിൽ പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്കും കെ എം ആർ എൽ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ് .ഒരാൾക്ക് പരമാവധി മൂന്ന് ചിത്രങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധികുകയുള്ളൂ.
സമാന രീതിയിൽ ‘എന്റെ മെട്രോ’ എന്ന വിഷയത്തെ ആസ്പദമാക്കി ഡിസംബർ 23 ന് രാവിലെ 10 മുതൽ ഉച്ചക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ ആലുവ, വൈറ്റില, കലൂർ ജെ എൽ എൻ സ്റ്റേഡിയം എന്നിവടങ്ങളിൽ സ്കൂൾ കോളേജ് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കായി പെയിന്റിംഗ് മത്സരങ്ങളും സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
KMRL is organizing a Photography competition for the people of Kochi and surrounding areas on the theme called “My Metro Rail”. The photographs should be of maximum 10 MB Size either in Black and White or in Colour. The participants may upload their photographs to the below link :

The jury comprising of famous photographers will judge the best three photographs of each category for the staff of KMRL and for others. One person can upload maximum three photographs.
The prize money for the selected photograph (participant outside KMRL) is given along with a certificate as below:
1st Prize – Rs. 35,000/-
2nd Prize – Rs. 25,000/-
3rd Prize – Rs. 20,000/-
The following cash prize along with a Certificate will be given to the selected photographs of KMRL staff:
1st Prize – Rs. 25,000/-
2nd Prize – Rs. 15,000/-
3rd Prize – Rs. 10,000/-
All these photographs will be the property of KMRL, which will be used for various promotional events of KMRL.
Photographs taken by children below 10 years will be specially recognized and special prize will be given.
The last date of receiving the Photographs will be 20th December 2021 (before 5.00 pm). The prizes will be announced on the Xmas eve.
KMRL is organizing a Painting competition for the School/College students on the theme called “My Metro Rail”. There will be two categories :-
- School students
- College students
There is no age bar.
The participants can choose any kind of painting like, crayons, oil painting, acrylic, charcoal, watercolour, pencil etc. However, they have to bring the paper and other materials required for the painting. The minimum size of the painting is A-3. The interested students may get themselves registered at www.kochimetro.org.
The competitions will be held in the following metro stations on 23rd December 2021 at 10 am to 1.00 pm
o Aluva Metro Station
o Vyttila Metro Station
o JLN Stadium Metro Station
The following cash prize along with a Certificate will be given to the selected paintings for the college students:
1st Prize – Rs. 10,000/-
2nd Prize – Rs. 7,000/-
3rd Prize – Rs. 4,000/-
For the School children , the prize money as given below along with a Certificate will be given:
1st Prize – Rs. 8,000/-
2nd Prize – Rs. 6,000/-
3rd Prize – Rs. 3,000/-
These paintings will be used by KMRL for promotional activities.
